Comix lent their vision to the design process behind Kenny Chesney’s 15-show residency at Sphere, Las Vegas. Lightborne and Music Video Director Shaun Silva tasked the Comix team with distilling the essence of Chesney’s “Noise” music video and amplifying it exponentially in a sensory overload comprising nearly 5,000 screens.
Rather than simply creating one feed of material, the Comix team decided to uniquely programme each individual screen, drawing focus, variously, to certain patterns and animations that affected the space on both macro and micro levels. They were willing to do whatever it took to make the show as immersive as possible.
